Beef Liver

Liver is a highly concentrated source of Vitamin A, which aids in digestion, keeps reproductive organs healthy, and is a powerful antioxidant. Liver is also a great source of folic acid, B vitamins, iron, and copper. Due to the high levels of vitmain A, it is recommended to not feed liver in amounts over 5% of the total diet.
